Yes, you can book flights for multiple passengers, including adults, children, and infants. You may add up to 9 seated travelers (adults and children combined) per booking. Adults are travelers aged 12 or older, children are older than 2 and younger than 12, and infants are 2 years old or younger and must travel on the lap of an adult. The number of infants cannot exceed the number of adults.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and e-ticket details. You can also view your booking in your tripenger.com account. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, contact us immediately for assistance.

How do I make a flight booking on tripenger.com?

Search for your preferred flights, choose the option that best suits your needs, enter passenger details, and complete your payment online. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is successful.

Will I receive an e-ticket after booking?

Yes, your e-ticket and itinerary will be sent to your registered email address after payment is confirmed.

Can I get a flight itinerary for visa application purposes?

Yes, you can request a flight itinerary for visa applications or other travel documentation. This itinerary is not a ticketed booking and does not guarantee a seat on the flight.

How can I convert my itinerary into a ticketed booking?

If you wish to ticket your itinerary, please contact us directly. Ticketing is subject to seat availability and current fares on the time you make your request.

Is the itinerary I receive a confirmed ticket?

No, the itinerary provided for visa or documentation purposes is not a ticketed booking. It is cannot be used to travel.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refund processing times depend on the airline’s policies and your bank. Once approved, most refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, but it may take longer for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes, all payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers Stripe or Revolute. tripenger.com does not store or process your payment details directly.

What payment methods are accepted?

Will I be charged any additional fees?
