Welcome to Tripenger.com (“Tripenger”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.
1. Access to the Site
Tripenger.com provides a digital platform to search, compare, and book flights. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at our discretion, without notice, in cases of misuse or breach of these Terms.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including but not limited to scraping content, reverse engineering, or interfering with site functionality.
2. Your User Account
You may book flights as a guest or by creating a user account. When creating an account or booking as a guest, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).
Tripenger is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected breach of security.
3. Purchase of Air Tickets
Tripenger.com acts solely as an intermediary between you and the airline. When you make a booking:
- You are entering into a contract with the airline, not Tripenger.
- Flight information, pricing, availability, baggage, and fare conditions are provided by Amadeus and/or theairline.
- All bookings are final upon confirmation and subject to the fare rules of the respective airline.
You are responsible for reviewing all fare details, restrictions, and policies before finalizing a purchase.
4. Ticket Issuance by AERTiCKET
Tripenger partners with AERTiCKET GmbH, a licensed global flight consolidator, to issue electronic tickets (e-tickets) for most bookings made on our platform.
By booking a flight through Tripenger, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Final ticketing and issuance is processed by AERTiCKET GmbH in Germany.
- Your contract of carriage is with the airline, and AERTiCKET acts as the accredited ticketing agent.
- Tripenger facilitates the booking but does not issue tickets directly.
All tickets are subject to AERTiCKET’s terms and applicable fare rules. Tripenger will assist with communications related to ticketing, but the responsibility for ticket issuance lies with AERTiCKET.
5. Issuing the Electronic Ticket
Once payment is successfully processed, an electronic ticket (e-ticket) will be issued and sent to the email address provided during booking. This e-ticket serves as your proof of purchase.
6. Air Transport Conditions
Your journey is subject to the conditions of carriage and policies of the respective airline(s), including but not limited to:
- Check-in and boarding deadlines;
- Identity verification requirements;
- Rules on rebooking, cancellations, and refunds;
- Code-share agreements and interline flights.
You must comply with all applicable airline policies. Tripenger does not control or influence these conditions.
7. Baggage
Baggage allowances vary by airline and fare type. Before booking:
- You must review the specific baggage policy for each flight segment.
- Baggage fees, size, weight limits, and restrictions are determined by the airline.
Tripenger is not responsible for:
- Lost or damaged baggage;
- Disputes regarding carry-on or checked baggage;
- Claims related to baggage fees.
All baggage-related issues must be addressed directly with the operating airline.
8. Missing Flights
If you miss your flight for any reason (e.g., late arrival, visa issues, airport delays), the following applies:
- The airline’s no-show policy will govern whether your ticket can be changed, refunded, or forfeited.
- Tripenger cannot alter airline decisions or issue refunds for missed flights.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to:
- Arrive on time;
- Comply with all entry/exit and visa requirements;
- Monitor flight schedules and check-in deadlines.
9. Direct Flights & Stopovers
Tripenger displays whether flights are direct, have stopovers, or involve connections. However:
- Airlines may change routing, equipment, or stopovers for operational reasons.
- A “direct flight” may still involve intermediate landings without a change of aircraft.
It is your responsibility to review the full itinerary before purchase.
10. Air Transport Regulations – Denied Boarding, Cancellation, and Delay
Passengers may be entitled to compensation or assistance under applicable air passenger protection laws (e.g., EU Regulation 261/2004, U.S. DOT regulations). These rules cover:
- Denied boarding due to overbooking;
- Flight cancellations;
- Long delays.
Tripenger does not determine or provide such compensation. You must contact the airline directly to file any claims or seek resolution under these laws.
11. Overbooking
Airlines may overbook flights to optimize capacity. In such cases:
- The airline may deny boarding or offer rebooking or compensation.
- Tripenger is not liable for denied boarding due to overbooking.
All rights and remedies for overbooking are managed by the airline under its policies or relevant aviation laws.
12. Loss or Theft of Ticket
If your electronic ticket is lost or your email is compromised:
- You must immediately contact Tripenger to attempt re-issuance, subject to airline permissionand availability.
- Tripenger is not liable for any unauthorized use or theft of e-tickets.
You are advised to store your ticket and booking reference securely and monitor your email account for suspicious activity.
13. Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds
All modifications and refunds are subject to the fare rules set by the airline. These rules vary significantly by airline, fare type, and class of service.
Tripenger may assist with modification and refund requests; however:
- We cannot override airline rules;
- Additional fees (both airline and Tripenger service fees) may apply;
- Processing time is subject to airline response.
14. Failed Bookings and Refund Processing
In rare cases, a booking may fail after payment due to issues such as fare unavailability, airline system delays, or technical errors. If this occurs, Tripenger will automatically initiate a full refund or payment reversal.
Refunds are typically processed immediately on our end; however:
- The time it takes for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Some banks may reflect the reversal instantly, while others may take up to 7-14 business days.
Tripenger is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks once the refund has been initiated. You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is processed from our side.
15. Purchase of Itineraries for Visa Application, Documentation or Other Purposes
Tripenger.com offers customers the option to purchase flight itineraries intended solely for visa applications, travel documentation, or similar purposes. These are issued as non-ticketed flight confirmations and are not valid for actual travel.
These itinerary-only purchases serve to demonstrate a travel plan but do not constitute a confirmed airline ticket. No seat or fare is guaranteed.
If a customer wishes to travel using an itinerary, they must request ticket issuance by contacting our support team at
- Availability of seats on the flight(s) at the time of request;
- Payment of the applicable ticket fare, taxes, and service fees.
Tripenger is not liable for visa rejections based on these itineraries or any fare/availability changes.
16. Privacy
Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Ireland.
